JAG HOME STUDIO – RETURN, EXCHANGE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY

This policy regulates the return, exchange and right of withdrawal processes for products purchased from Jag Home Studio. All customers who shop at Jag Home Studio are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.

1. General Information

Jag Home Studio sells decoration products, TV unit panels, MDF products and similar home living products. While most of the products are standard production, some products can be produced with special measurements and designs according to customer requests.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal without stating any reason within 14 days from the date they receive the product, within the scope of distance sales contracts.

  1. The right of withdrawal period begins on the day the product is delivered to the customer.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to contact us by e-mail or written notice within the 14-day period.
  3. The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in a resaleable condition.

3. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal is Not Valid

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products:

  • Products produced with special measurements, colors, patterns or designs in line with the customer's wishes or personal needs,
  • Personalized decoration products,
  • Assembled or used products,
  • Products that have lost their resaleability.

For these products, return/exchange is only made in case of manufacturing defect or faulty product.

4. Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • Sent with its original packaging,
  • Complete with all accessories, assembly parts and invoice,
  • Unused and undamaged,
  • Packaged in a way that will not be damaged during shipping.

Returns of products that do not meet the return conditions may not be accepted.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

In case of broken, cracked, missing parts or manufacturing defects in the product during delivery:

  1. It is recommended to check the product upon delivery.
  2. If damage is detected, a report must be prepared with the cargo officer.
  3. For defects noticed after delivery, our customer service should be contacted as soon as possible.

If the defect is confirmed as a result of the inspection, free exchange or refund will be made.

6. Return Shipping Process

  1. After your return request is approved, you will be provided with return shipping information.
  2. You can send the product via the contracted cargo company.
  3. Return shipping fees for returns made within the scope of the right of withdrawal are covered by the seller. In case of user error or returns contrary to the conditions, the shipping fee may belong to the customer.

7. Refund

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, necessary checks are made. When the return is approved, the refund is made through the payment method used.

It may take a few business days for the amount to be reflected in your account, depending on the processing times of banks and payment institutions.

8. Exchange Transactions

You can request an exchange in case of a manufacturing defect, wrong product shipment or missing parts. Exchange requests are evaluated by customer service and exchanged for the same product depending on stock availability.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

ORDER PREPARATION PROCESS

At Jag Home Studio, we carefully prepare and securely package your orders. Products in stock are generally handed over to cargo within 1-3 business days.

For custom-made, personalized design, or made-to-measure products, the production time may vary according to the duration specified in the product details.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Your orders are sent to all cities in Turkey through contracted cargo companies.

The delivery time for orders handed over to the cargo company may vary depending on the recipient's region. Public holidays, busy campaign periods, adverse weather conditions, and force majeure may affect delivery times.

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping fees may vary depending on the product, volumetric weight (desi), and campaign conditions. The shipping cost to be applied during the order will be clearly stated on the payment screen.

Free shipping campaigns may be organized during certain periods.

PACKAGE INSPECTION

It is recommended that you check your package in the presence of the cargo officer during delivery.

In case of detecting crushing, tearing, breakage, or damage on the package, it is important to have a damage report prepared by the cargo officer before receiving it.

In shipments received without a report, it may be difficult to determine transport-related damages.

DAMAGED OR MISSING DELIVERY

If you discover a broken, cracked, missing part, or wrong product in the product you received, you must contact us within 3 days at the latest.

After the necessary inspection, product replacement or return process will be initiated.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

The address information entered by the customer must be accurate and complete. Jag Home Studio is not responsible for delays that may occur due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

FAILURE TO DELIVER

For shipments returned due to the recipient not being at the address, refusing delivery, or providing incorrect address information, the re-shipment fee may be borne by the customer.
